Thermal conductivity measurements
Herr, Tomáš ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on measurement of thermal conductivity and description of measurement principles by different methods. These methods are divided into stationary, unsteady, with linear sources and with point sources. Partially is this thesis dedicated to the research of the market with devices measuring thermal conductivity, other part is creating an overview of Czech national norms. The practical part is dedicated to an experiment proposal, realization of measurement itself and final validation of results. The principle of the experiment is based on non-stationary measurement made by line-linear source which is working on pulse mode.
Thermal conductivity measurements
Sklenář, Milan ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis focus on measurment of thermal conductivity by transient point heat source method and heat diffusion through materiál. There is described exemplar, measurement procedure and used devices. Thesis focus on verification of teoretical equations and effects of variables, which can affect accuracy of measurement.
Heating of flat house
Zajíček, Václav ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is composed of three parts - theoretical, computational and a project part. The theoretical part deals with heat sharing through conduction, flow and radiation. The computational part is focused on the overall calculation of the heating system to operate smoothly and reliably. Three gas condensing boilers are designed as a source of heat. The heating of the water is solved as a reservoir. It's source of heat is one gas condensation boiler. The project part contains a technical report and the project documentation on the stage of the implementation dossier.

This diploma thesis clarifies a description of thermal field in a construction of wooden building and deals with heat loss issue in an envelope of a building in specificed constructions detailes. You can find in this thesis description of thermal diffusivity in buildings constructions. The task is to create 3-D models of selected construction details of selected wooden building. In those detailes, based on finite element method is created thermal field and thermal flux. And the calculation of heat loss in those construction details. A family house and a house envelope are designed by myself and simulations are made on that family house. I needed to know a boundary settings and heat transfer temperature gradient. The important result is what is the value of heat loss. Then I need to know why and what can I do to fix problém points. There are written stacionary calculations in selected detailes in the thesis. In the end is an evaluation of designed house envelope heat loss. Problem detailes are showed also.
Numerická analýza teplotního pole v konstrukci obvodového pláště dřevostavby rodinného domu s ohledem na možné způsoby osazování otvorových výplní
Kopal, Ondřej
This thesis describes the temperature field in the envelope wooden structures with regard to possible ways of mounting hole fillings. Furthermore, in this work we can find a description of the propagation of heat in the building structure. The challenge is to create a 2-D models of the selected design solutions for the mounting hole fillings in the envelope wooden buildings. Numerical simulation is performed in a computer software based on the finite element method under the given boundary conditions. The emphasis is on comparing the results of numerical simulations for two design solutions fitting windows using the same track of the structure. In conclusion, the results for both design solutions compared and evaluated.
